Order processing
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. We will email you to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping Policy
Nationwide shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of your order using NZ Post. The delivery target is 2 - 3 days. Shipping fees for up to 8 are outlined on our checkout page. For orders of more than 8 sets, please contact us at hepunarauemi@outlook.com to discuss shipping prices and delivery timeframes.
International shipping: We do not have set international shipping rates, so please contact us at hepunarauemi@outlook.com to discuss product and shipping prices and delivery timeframes to your country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. He Puna Rauemi and Leisa Moorhouse are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it i.e. card package unopened, booklet unused, and box in original condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at hepunarauemi@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and make it right. You can contact us for any damage question at hepunarauemi@outlook.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected and then advised whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
