Supervision / Kaitiakitanga

Through nurturing your professional and personal growth, celebrating successes and supporting you to work through challenges, supervision empowers you to thrive in work and life.

We explore what professional and/or cultural approaches offer to help make sense of and support you to navigate practice in your context.

Supervision can help you develop insight and plan for how you might respond to situations or people and help grow your professional and personal confidence.

Supervision is for social workers, allied health workers, youth workers, counsellors, church leaders, support workers, managers and team leaders - anyone wanting to enhance their professional and cultural skills.

Sessions are one to one, or group supervision by arrangement.

Group supervision can provide opportunities for building a connected team, collaborative learning, shared knowledge and resources, and lead to innovative ideas.

He tangata kē koutou, he tangata kē mātou, engari i tēnei wā, tātou tātou e.

You are diverse, we are diverse, but in the final analysis we all belong.
